Store Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with the look or fit of a jewelry piece that you purchased from IL Bosco, we offer in-store credit or exchanges for merchandise that is returned within 7 days of purchase. All items must be in never unworn, new condition.

    Custom Pieces

    We do not accept cancelations on custom-made or custom-sized pieces. Therefore, any deposit made for custom work is non-refundable. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for custom work including sizing. Certain pieces may take longer than others. If your piece is time-sensitive, please contact IL Bosco to see how quickly we can accommodate you.

    Shipping

    All Jewelry that is shipped will be insured through IL Bosco regardless of how it is shipped and will cost a flat fee of $28.

    Sizing for online ordering

    We recommend that you have your finger sized by a professional jeweler to ensure a proper fit prior to placing your order with IL Bosco.

    Repairs and maintenance

    We provide free maintenance for your jewelry for one year after purchase including cleaning, polishing, sandblasting, or oxidizing. Simply drop your piece off at IL Bosco and we will send you an email, text, or phone call when your piece is ready to be picked up. There is a $28 flat rate shipping charge for any repairs or adjustments that need to b sent through the mail.

    IL Bosco is not responsible for damage to any pieces incurred by everyday wear. We advise you to have stones checked by a professional jeweler annually to ensure the longevity of each piece. Please contact IL Bosco for any questions or concerns at info@ilboscomke.com or 414-212-8723.

  • We will gladly accept all unused, unwashed or defective items within 10 days of purchase accompanied by the store receipt. All refunds will be credited to original form of payment. Please contact IL Bosco with any questions or concerns.

    PLANTS

    All sales are final on plants.

  • All furniture is subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact us at info@ilboscomke.com to discuss all shipping and returns. Prices will depend on where you live. Furniture that is used is not returnable.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our store at info@ilboscomke.com within 24 hours of delivery or receipt by email with your concern. Furniture that is used is non-returnable. If an item needs to be returned to the store, the cost of returning it will be incurred by the customer. If any item is damaged after it leaves our store, IL Bosco reserves the right to void a return or exchange upon inspection of the merchandise. All returned items will incur a 25% restocking fee. Special order merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been placed. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on all special order merchandise.

  • No two pieces are exactly the same and because you are purchasing a handmade item, it is normal to find an irregular surface or rim. We want you to be happy with your purchase of glassware however, if you are not happy with your purchase, contact IL Bosco within 3 days of receiving your glassware. It must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as it was shipped in. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    If your item arrives broken, you must contact our store at info@ilboscomke.com immediately (within 24 hours of receiving). You must take a minimum of 5 photos of the damaged box it arrived in AND at least 5 photos of the broken item in the box. The item must be returned to IL Bosco. If the item is returnable, you will have the choice of refund to the original form of payment or a replacement of the item. Shipping in this case only will be paid by IL Bosco.
